Archana Kshirsagar Archana Kshirsagar has more than 10 years of experience in management and academics. She has a masters in HRD and a post graduate diploma in management studies from Mumbai University; she has an advance diploma in computers as well. Archana has taught “Human Resource Management and Marketing,” and developed and reviewed training material. She has conducted group discussions and interviews for evaluating students and supervised soft skills training and development programmes as per the requirements of an organization. She has worked on compensation and benefits, designed and introduced human resource information systems, and suggested cost-effective measures that reduce operational costs. She has been with Takshashila Academia of Economic Research (TAER) from 2006. Since then, she has been undertaking research in commodity and financial economics and has published several articles in Commodity Vision, a journal of TAER.Ritu Gupta Ritu Gupta has more than seven years experience in media and the development sector. She has reported on finance, commerce, and environmental issues. Before joining TAER she was a senior correspondent for The Economic Times, and was covering the Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, the Ministry of Small Scale Industries, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Environment and Forests. Before joining the Economic Times, she worked as a correspondent for Down to Earth magazine published by the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE).There she was reporting on climate change and energy issues. |
